Is this right? France is conquered, Vichy has been installed and the Mosul Iraq Oil is showing as owned by Free France. Not traded but owned which means if there's a route they could use it to reorg oil consuming units (Free French & CW units that is). Interestingly it doesn't show up in the counts for the Free French oil resources but does show up on their screen under oil resources. v 5.0.0.1 (debug).

A neutral Iraq must supply France with 1 of its oil resources each turn. If
France is conquered, or if a Vichy government has been installed (see
17.1), Iraq instead provides the oil to whichever major power or minor
country controls Syria. A Vichy-controlled Syria will pass it on to the
major power that installed a Vichy Government.

If FF controls Syria, it should get the oil.

Syria is Vichy, which Germany installed, so Germany should get the oil then. Which they are. It's the Kirkuk oil and not the Mosul. So I take it that we have a cosmetic bug then?

Are the Free French actually getting that oil? If they are, it is a bug.

The rule doesn't mention which oil resource they get, so it is the same Mosul or Kirkuk.

This is a cosmetic bug.

Try to "clear" the Mosul oil for Free France to see if it disappears.

I just cancelled the CW's trade agreements sending stuff to France, as it was about to fall, and a couple of resources still announced that they were trying to be shipped to France. Clearing them solved that problem.
