Trying to download the patch 1.9 for SC WW1 and I am getting the same error message:

Unable to download file
An error occurred while trying to open an FTP file

Not sure what I am missing - doing wrong. I don't even get to the point of using my product key.

Any ideas what I am supposed to try?
