Move the detailed model popup

Just a little bit lower, so that when in the Management => Model screen, the first model line can be seen just above the popup :
(In a pinch, when a player want to only see one model line, he can temporarily make the others obsolete and hide them.)
(Ideally, this popup should be a fully fledged window that the player can resize, minimize, maximize... or at least move around.)
(Note : I am using a 1920x1200 resolution.)
