I've noticed that the building of fortifications by engineers, takes time depending on the "number-of-sides". However, the building of 1-side fortifications takes 70 days which is the same as with building fortifications with 2-sides. Then, the time increases proportionally (105 days etc). Is this intentional or an oversight? It seems to me that 1-side fortifications should be 35 days.

The answer seems to be....it's been in the game's code for so long that even Hubert can't recall why. To prevent fort spamming maybe?

Ok, thank you, I wasn't aware of this thread. I think that one-side forts should take less time though.
