Hi! I started a new game after new beta patch had been released and discovered that despite of patch notes migration mission aren't ecouraged in my case. I even set pop policy 'actively resetle my beloved ackdarians' from homeworld to near ocean colonies, but neither transport ship decided to take a way a million ppl far away.

Becaus of 10 MB limit for attacments I loaded link to the goggle drive.

After home planet almost exceeded capacity migrations have started. So they are not completely absent but early game migrations were nerfed.

Early Migration does not exist. I watched and unless the planet is exceeding its population limit, they will not migrate. This needs to be fixed.
