could this game be moded for napoleon's invasion of russia??? Is there an interest?

I don't think so, since the start date is June 22nd 1941 and, as far as now, cannot be changed.

AI isn't moddable and generally useless for anything but small changes. Start date isn't moddable, nor are hardcoded features.
