Game creates a port attack

In the attached game, a port attack appears and it is not initiated by a player. The target is 46.37. The surpise are rolled for the non-existent port attacks and the game will crash. can anyone replicate this odd one!

was any able to recreate this one...? it's bizarre.

In my last game I had a Vichy Nav stacked with Vichy ships port strike those ships. My game didn't crash and the port strike went through. This was a solo game by the way. My workaround was to have the Vichy ships shoot down (via all 10's on their AA) their own NAV. Crazy.
