Server communication - error (-4)

I cant log into online as keep getting this message, only started today but haven't been able to access for last 9 hours. Is the server down? Have the same issue on WW2 Europe game?

Its been like this all day across Matrix\Slitherine and all PBEM games.
No worries as this has happened once in a while in the past and it all gets fixed.
