Complete campagin 39 to 45?

Any rumors/news/hints if this is even a remote possibility as an upcoming game?
I may be wrong - and I am just a gamer like many others, but I think it is way more probable to get a June '41 to End of War type of European game than a '39 one.
The whole 'diplomatic' business would be a pandora box to open.
Besides with Italian current NM the Brits will get to Tripoli before the DAK even arrives in Afrika.
