Trying to install game on a newly upgraded PC and when I try and install it says base game not detected

Are trying to install the game or a DLC or the patch?

The main game soi I can do the patch and the dlc afterwards its the CMO main game from my game section of matrix website

Do you have the base game on Steam? If not then please do the following:

1. Please download the two zip files parts, "CMO-MultiSetup-v1.05.1307Part1.zip" and "CMO-MultiSetup-v1.05.1307Part2.zip", for installing the game from your account download area. (*)

2. Once you have finished downloading the two parts please unzip both files to the same folder in your hard drive.

After unzipping both files, you should have 8 extracted files in the folder:
"CMO-MultiSetup-v1.05.1307.exe"
"CMO-MultiSetup-v1.05.1307.2"
"CMO-MultiSetup-v1.05.1307.3"
"CMO-MultiSetup-v1.05.1307.4"
"CMO-MultiSetup-v1.05.1307.5"
"CMO-MultiSetup-v1.05.1307.6"
"CMO-MultiSetup-v1.05.1307.7"
"CMO-MultiSetup-v1.05.1307.8"

3. Run the one named "CMO-MultiSetup-v1.05.1307.exe".

4. When asked to insert the serial number, please click in the drop down menu "Select a New Product to Install... " and select "Command: Modern Operations".
Type your "Command: Modern Operations" serial number.

5. Click in the button "Check Serial".
You should see then the name"Command: Modern Operations" being added to the list of games displayed in the box named "Setup as detected a valid serial number for:".

6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for each of your DLCs.

7. Click in the "Next" button in order to proceed with the installation of your game and DLCs.
