...Okay -

1) Downloaded Part 1. Ran it.
2) It deleted the base game, saying it was incompatible.
3) It started to load the game, then told me I needed to load Disk 5.
4) There is no Disk 5.
5) Tried downloading Part 2, no issues there.
6) Tried reinstalling, only to be told that it couldn't find the base game.

Anybody got any thoughts?

The disk 5 is in the 2 part.
So what you have to do is to extract both downloaded files (part 1 and part 2) to the same folder in your hard drive and the run the exe file (CMO-MultiSetup-v1.05.1307.exe) for installing the game.

Make sure that you are fully unzipping the files to a hard drive folder and not trying to run the CMO-MultiSetup-v1.05.1307.exe file from inside the unzip program.
