1.12p2 UI issue with too many factions

I will add that at this point mutiple factions use the same color. Something to help differentiate them would be welcome.

Was never supposed to go so high. Thanks for reporting. You must have over a 80 leaders, no?

About 100 leaders by now, big late game duel between two large empires.

The situation has really improved since the initial report, however I ran into the same faction color issue again with my 7th faction... 64 leaders.
