I got Shadow Empires today and found that the UI text is too big and spills off the UI boxes (see attached screenshots). I tried changing the DPI and resolutions and the game crashes. Playing on Steam and using Linux. Is there a fix for this issue?

I think there are, but you have to search the forums a bit. There are some threads on the topic.
I am a complete zero with linux, hence it is not a supported platform for SE.
