CMO v1.05 Update - Build 1307.1

How to use: First, have in place a working install of CMO v1.05. Then, unzip this pack on top of the installation, overwriting the exe and other files when prompted.
Always backup your existing Command.exe, just in case.
Build 1307.1 Release Notes (changes from B1307)

* ADDED: ATO, Flightplan Editor and Flighplan generation button into the "Unit" Tab of Mission Editor
* ADDED: [Lua] Added EMCON to SE_GetDoctrine
* ADDED: Added support for area opacity; Using the area & refpoint manager you can now define the opacity/transparency level of the zelected area/zone
* ADDED: More informative feedback when failing to create a minefield or when an individual mine cannot be placed
* TWEAK: [Mission Editor] Added vertical scroll-bars, so the lower panel can be accessed by users using lower resolution
* TWEAK: Added ship restrictions check to landing similar to takeoff
* TWEAK: Catapulted UAVs can be launched/landed from any open space on ships
* TWEAK: Modified all the instances of objective time with Time on Target
* TWEAK: "Intermittent emissions" now has a default value for emission and sleep durations
* TWEAK: Area & Ref point manager now sorts RPs by alphabetical order
* TWEAK: [Lua] SE_AttackContact:
1. Allow course setting in mode 1
2. If no mount specified, use first one with appropriate weapon DBID.
* FIXED: Flightplans & Flightplan Templates.
* FIXED: Ferry missions where not using Flightplans properly. Now TOT is now fully functional (for ferry missions) and is defined as the landing time of the flight.
* FIXED: Performance Issues with B1304.1
* FIXED: Repeated Fuel State Warnings
* FIXED: Ops planner time-based "mission satisfied" discrepancy in elasped time in double-flame mode
* FIXED: Range of some unguided weapons not being shown properly
