how can I move the the small rectangular window on the left side of the screen/map which provides indivudal hex information based on where the cursor is at ?

It is covering up my new unit deploy button ... I've changed screen resolutions a couple of times and still hides my deploy .......

You can just click and drag it anywhere you want, I don't like where it starts either i always put it right above the mini map
