Hi all, new player here, just have a quick question, after spending a few hours getting acquainted and figuring things out.

I'm having a lot of trouble picking out the subtle tone shift between spotted and unspotted hexes. Is there any way to perhaps darken the FOW somewhat, to make it stand out a bit more?

I also have a similar issue picking out rain hexes on land. Anything I can do there?

P.S. also curious if there is a way to remap a couple of the keyboard-only functions (like unit swapping) to unused mouse buttons.

There is a built in fog-of-war mod for the American Civil War version of this game that really darkens the unspotted hexes. It seems like there should be one somewhere for this title as well.

As Platoonist noted, it's included as part of ACW, the version I linked above will work for all three of the other titles.
