How to refuel using Cargo 2.0?

In the attached scenario you can see the logic i m using to re-arm and refuel a tank .(note that the example right now only works for this tank type and ammo type ). How ever for the fuel i am cheating since i refuel the tank with code and not using the cargo system. For ammo, grouping the tank with the ammo pad works automatically. Is there a way to do it for fuel also?
