[FIXED] Multi-Axis Attack method for stand-off strike missions don't work correctly

After having done some testing, the following attack methods (in the strike mission settings) don't seem to work properly. All tests were done with pre-generated flight plans,a 4 plane flight of F-35As launching AGM-154C JSOWs at a reactor.
- Multi-Axis Simultaneous TOT (Stand-Off Split Attack), Independent Aim, for stand-off weapons only
- Multi-Axis Stacked TOT (Echelon Attack)
- Multi-Axis Stacked TOT (Stacked Attack)
- Banna Split (note: I did this with two flights of 2 F-35s, and 1 flight worked correctly, the other didn't)
What happens is only the flight leader fires its JSOWs and turns away, while the other aircraft in the flight fly towards the target and circle over it without firing.
Misc notes:
All other attack methods I tried seemed to work properly, and the echelon and stacked attack worked properly when tried with dumb-bomb equipped aircraft.
I also noticed that "Single Axis Stacked ToT (Trail Attack)" actually worked just fine with stand-off weapons
