I'm end turn my pbem game. then "File size error" message pop up. then i can't join.

Can you advise whether it is still the case, and if it is, what version of this game you are playing, including where you purchased the game, i.e. from steam, directly from Matrix etc?

i bought my game from steam. and i made pbem game when 1.05 version. and i am playing 1.06 now.

it happend from my pbem game.

Can you provide the Challenge ID as well?

my id is moonspirit, and 1861 blue and gray campain.

When you mouse hover over the challenge in the PBEM++ Lobby in game, it should give you a 'ChallengeID' number, something like 397000 etc., could you let me know which number this might be for the game you are still having an issue with?

I looked into this and if this is when you are attempting to load the turn to play again, e.g. now that it is your turn again, it looks like there is indeed a mismatch between what data was sent to the server, e.g. the turn filesize and the turn file, and what you are downloading.

Perhaps there was a corruption and will require the turns to be rolled back to a previous turn for you to continue your game.

Your best bet at this point is to contact Matrix Support (with all of the info you've provided here) and see if they can help you sort this out as this is unfortunately beyond what I can do with my current access to the server.
