Just FYI, whoever packaged the complete version forgot to include 200 of the new lbm's and 4 of the new shp files that are in the upgrade to 4.5.

When you repackage it, could you also include that missing "D - Fire smoke grenades" in gamehelp.txt?

Did you see any of the new ones? THey are not stuck in a subdirectory? Send me a mail off line and we can sort it out.

Could someone confirm this? Install the complete v4.5 and check if you are missing for example PzFaust 100 and Ferdinand (or was it Elefant?), both of which are in the patch v4.5.

Just installed the SpwawMain45.exe and everything's in place (Elephant, Ferdinand, PzFaust 100).

At first I only have installed the SPWAWMain45.exe and the lbm's of 'PzFaust100' and 'Ferdinand' actually missed.
After installing the upgrade too, the lbm's were in their place!

Here's the files SPWaWMain45.exe (360 712 066 bytes) is missing:

Pics
Shps

You can see from logfile.txt that they aren't installed anywhere. Only way to get them is to install 4.5 upgrade on top of the complete version, but that kind of beats the idea of one easy install .

I uninstalled v4.4 and reinstalled the complete v4.5. The Pic & Shp folders are there and full of goodies. Haven't noticed any particular items missing as yet.

To have all the pictures and icons your Pic-directory should have 1569 files and Shp-directory 630 files...

I have "only" 628 files in shp directory.

Is there missing important pictures ?

If you execute the 4.5 patch on your install you will get the extra files.

Is David Heath going to repack the game? I'd like to know before I burn some SPWAW cd's.

If he is, here's two corrected images that had messed palettes:

P08182.lbm
P08338.lbm

Soviet YAG-6 and ammo carrier use the first image and US 75mm M1897A2 and USMC 75mm M1A1 Pack use the second.

USMC has only one missing picture, M4a2 Sherman, which should use pic 8215. The dutch are also missing only one picture, 4.2in mortar, which should use pic 57 like every other 4.2in mortar.

THe current 8MB patch has all the pictures, some were left out of the complete version, so just apply the 4.5 patch to the 4.5 complete and you should have teh missing files filled in for you
