That's odd...

Hello!

I am currently playing the fifth battle in the WF campaign. Man the fighting is tough!

One odd thing happened while playing (v. 4.4). I had a Tiger and an 8 man Special Ops squad in the same hex fighting it out with the Russian T34's when the Spec. Ops squad took a...side hit *** (three stars). Inspecting the unit shows it has indeed taken three points of damage but there is still eight men i the squad...

Now that's odd...

And there was more to come...

I just noticed that the speed of the unit was now zero. Immobilized infantry. Anyone seen this before or was it just one of those things?

Suppressed technology... the warhead filler was actually a contained lightning bolt. The troops should soon recover, although without any idea of what was done to them...

Was that Spec Ops unit upgraded previously from an Armour Menu unit?

Could be a problem with the unit class for Spec Ops. Should be fixed in ver 4.5

I had a similar occurance. Game 2 of U2R v4.5 a Armored Inf Squad firing on a FJ squad scored a rear hit.

A "rear" hit? Image

I'm picturing that in my mind

Bill: This is what is meant by "rear echelon". You've been out of the service too long, trooper.
