I thought Leningrad could be supplied by Russians if they occupy hex 189 77.

Road of Life —This is a supply only road that is over water.
The Road of Life was the supply bridge to Leningrad during the German siege. Supplies were sent by boat and truck through Lake Ladoga or truck when it was frozen.

But as you can see, that is not the case here :



Is it an issue, or did I misunderstood something ?

Only when the Lake is Frozen.

I think the solution is to have two ports to perform Port Supply between Leningrad (port level 1) and Volkhov (another port level 1) if needed in summer and in winter when the lake is not frozen.

That would work...though being able to transport units that way could be an issue...

You could just add to the event file saying...IF the Russians own Volkhov and Leningrad then Leningrad is a supply source...but that is an added check.

Ah yes, transporting units could be an issue. Good point. But, if Germans bring air units, it could be a problem for Soviet transport ships. They have only a total of 60 transport ships.

You can also use air transports just to give them something.

Yes you can air transport through the waves of German and Finnish interceptors...oh ya wait...
