Error when trying to add satellite US-338

I tried to add the KH-11 Crystal Satellite "USA 338", but it just causes an error to show up
Not including a save since it happens even in brand new scenarios even after restarting the game

Edit: This also occurs with some of the US SkySat satellites, specifically:
- SkySat C2
- SkySat C5
- SkySat C12

This is probably same issue as with the VRSS ones, though I did find that it did not have any issues adding the C12 from an older DB.
I think something may have scrambled the TLE data on some of them in the newer DBs,
