Hey guys,

i really hoped, that this scen will come with the release of steel inferno. Is there a possibility that someone is working on it? Maybe beginning with Charkov/Sevastopol, till the end. I would love it. I dont like it, that "Case blue" scens only starting at 25. July, not June.

I will second that request. I have looked at the editor but it seems a bit daunting.

It's on the list of scenarios we'd like to do if/when we do a second scenario disk. It is an enormous amount of work to do a campaign like that.

I can imagine that very well. As a layman, thinking about it, I suspect that simply setting the divisions according to historical formation wouldn't be enough, unfortunately. One would also need to adjust equipment, morale, and more. But let's say a user like me would manage to do all that painstaking work using the editor over several months... would such a scenario work already, or would one need to also "modify" the AI itself?

In theory the AI should not need to be adjusted. At least the Soviet AI would would be ok. I'm not sure whether the German AI would continue with the opening of an offensive in the south, or would have a chance of deciding it wanted to attack in the Moscow area instead. Either way, it would probably only take a small change in the code to make sure it stays focused on the south in a June 42 start campaign.
