Seeking Japanese Opponent - Closed

I am looking for someone to play the role of Gen Tojo in a new PBEM. I've played a handful of games with other human players and really liked the dramatic change in play over the AI. I'm not set on a particular scenario, but always prefer the ones closer to historical realism. Standard house rules and anything that seems gamey should be out. Any experience level okay.
