I have Fleet of Strenght 181.
There is a base in my Home System of Strenght 797. I have it on active sensors, not some sensor echos.

The Advisor suggest I send the fleet on a mission to "Explore" the reports of Hostiles. Aka, send it on a suicide run.

Luckily every time they are send on that mission, the Fleet engages their hyperdive.
Then realizes how Suicidal command is today. And just cancels the mission.
