Scenario description question

Many of the scenarios bear the notation "NO W", It's probably really obvious, but I can't find any reference to it in the manual.
Can anyone enlighten me please?

Should be Page 19 and 20 of the manual
Looks like the manual needs to be updated, it currently says N VV instead of NO VV.
That will be remedied for the 1.30 manual (as I'm doing it literally right now).
