Even if I regularly chose the CVW-8 composition, I always get the message that the scenario ended with a total defeat because I didn't select my group composition.

Am I the only one experiencing this?

This is a known issue and the Devs are working on a revised scenario.

In the mean time, the 'End scenario' message isn't actually a hard end. You can ignore it and keep playing.

By the way, I am curious about what happened to Mississipi's Torpe tube? one of four was destroyed?

It's written into the scenario. The submarine had an equipment malfunction that can't be repaired at sea, but the demands of the crisis keep her on station. So Mississippi is down one Torpedo tube and one decoy launcher.

A neat little change to things IMO

Yeah, this is explained in the briefing and the State Dept. meeting special message. The sub has had an equipment malfunction, so CNO is asking you to use it conservatively.

Considering the scenario focuses on the Ford, it's a nice touch.

What do you do to ingnore the end scenario message?

Just close it and keep playing. It's not a hard scenario-stopper
