[WAD] Global loop

No longer get Global loop at start up. Has that feature been eliminated?
Roby7979 had some good loops I used in last version.

You mean the spinning globe animation? Yes it was removed. Not worth the multiple "UI stuck at spinning globe" issues that were reported.
