Any version, Can't see colonization success chance on independent colonies with facilities

This thing has been bothering me since I first got the game. I can't imagine it hasn't been mentioned before, but perhaps there's a setting I'm missing, otherwise I'm sure this would've been fixed by now. Anyhow, so if an independent colony has any facilities (I think that's the issue, but I'm not entirely sure), the colonization success chance gets hidden behind the colonize/invade menu, I'll show you an example.

And I was wondering what these yellow dots are. M.b. it's a UI scaling issue? Try different screen resolutions and UI scale settings.
It's possible to see colonization chances in the colonization menu screen, so at least it's not a gamebreaking bug.

Is it possible? I was pretty sure I couldn't, anyway now that planet is colonized so I can't check until I find a new one.
So yes those yellow dots are part of the colonization success chance message, it is a scaling issue possibly, but I've tried all different scalings and I get exactly the same result, the window gets larger or smaller but I still can't see that row. Could be a resolution thing, I'm running 2560x1440 which should be a common resolution, I'll change next time I have a new independent colony with a facility.
EDIT: Yes you are right of course, I can see the colonization chance on the other screen so it's not such a big deal. And it appears I was wrong, those yellow dots do not appear to be the success chance, because I've seen an independent colony with visible success chance and then the yellow dots below it.

Do you have a save that shows the graphical glitch you're seeing?
