Scenario Won't Load

The map won't load. I saved it to a file with no edited data / images. There is also no hud. Any idea what is wrong? Other maps work fine.
Update!
The issue seemed to be an error with the control borders. Everything seems to work now. Not deleting post in case someone else has this issue. Feel free to delete mods if you want.
