[FIXED] 1307.9 Aircraft turning off radars when AAR (and not switching them back on again after)

This might actually be somewhat realistic as I imagine that, as part of a pre-AAR checklist, pilots have to turn off or "standby" their radars - but in CMO it seems to be somewhat random. Sometimes aircraft receiving fuel will turn off their radars and not turn them back on again after the refuelling is completed. It doesn't happen every time and nor do I think it happens with OECM.

In the screenshot below and saved scenario attached, you'll see Flight Fang 6 (x2 F-35Bs) with their radars off having just refuelled from 77th ARS Det #3 (KC-46). This is despite having their radars on prior to the AAR and being part of a CAP with "Active" Radar EMCON settings.

I've also noticed this behaviour in other scenarios, not just this one.

I've managed to catch it actually happening in action - Flight Mace 26 (x2 F-35Cs) refuelling from 9 ARS Det #1 (KC-10A).

Indeed, Radar, IFF, HF, Datalinks - in fact any high powered transmitter will be either off or Stby whilst astern of the tanker.

IFF because ATC want to only track one SSR response for that bit of airspace (so the tanker and receiver behave as a single entity) and the others, well Kerosene is quite flammable...

They would then go back on post refueling as part of that checklist.

Thanks for the report, TempestII. I am looking into it. Do you recall if you had manually changed the sensor settings for the aircraft in this group prior to them refueling?

No worries and thanks for looking into to it. I do not believe that I manually altered that setting with that flight.

I have a potential fix for this that should be in the next build (1307.11.) Please let me know if you continue to see the issue in that build.
