Substitute unit for Russian Lancet loitering munition?

Though currently not on DB3K database, but Russia reportedly uses this weapon somewhat effectively (at least more than their doomed tanks).

So how could I substitute use them by existing weapon? Harop? Switchblade? I'm too dumb about 2020s weaponary. Thanks in advance.
