i'm on build 1307.9 playing russian civil war phase-1

In the .jpg I have rp-3444 as the only rp selected i press the R key and this is what I get.

CTRL-R is for reference points, "R" is for units, bases, etc.

If you want to rename a RP the keyboard shortcut is CTRL+R.
R is to rename units and bases.
