Hey I keep getting the following message from my antivirus Bitdefender and CMO wont launch.

DotNet tried to load a malicious resource detected as Gen:Variant.MSILHeracles.72719 and was blocked. Your device is safe.

Any suggestions...?

I would white list it. I have had to do that a couple times over the years. Something has changed in virus definitions over the last couple years that now pick up patches in a couple of my games, CMO being an occasional issue.

Have the same with GData, for 1307.9

EDIT:
To be more precise: it seems not exe.file itself that is recocknised as virus. It seems behavioural, the AMSI scan gets triggered when I push the play button on start screen.

I do get the same message suddenly, when I do wish to start the game from the launcher.
I am also using Bitdefender.

I did run in safe mode Malewarebytes without any such detection. Hitman 2 also got nothing. Raised a flag at Bitdefender two days ago, but got no reply yet.

Glad or not so glad for you, that this is a common issue, not that my system is affected.

Will appreciate your help, Deserere or the one from the production team.

No change with 1307.10

1307.11 works fine for me. I would consider as [FIXED] thank you.

Tried twice to run the program today and it did work.

Since I do still have build .09 going (using Steam), I do assume Bitdefender has changed something.
