Congo Crisis is a scenario involving The Congo and the immediate aftermath of Independence in 1960 from Belgium rule.

After the first turn, the ANC (armee du congo) will need to move their ACR- Armoured car regiment as fast as they can towards Stanleyville, because the next turn will see insurgent units popup in eastern and Southern Congo. The Southern Congo will have Katangese insurgents who will try and gain independence for Katanga.

Playable nations are The Congolese Republic, Eastern Congo or Free Congo Republic, Katanga, Gabon, People's Republic of the Congo and Zambia. Each Player will have cards to play each turn that will help them stay in the fight. Where possible, I used the correct French names for the nations, and their units. This scenario uses the latest Phoenix patch.

Thanks goes out to Ernie and Ormand for their help, without this help, I wouldn't have been able to make this scenario that way I wanted.

Almost forgot. Once Katanga insurgents capture their capital of Elisabethville, they will receive a card which allows them to bring several Belgian units on as reinforcements. When the Free Congolese capture Stanleyville, they will receive a card that allows them to bring Cuban units on as reinforcements.

Extremely enticing scenario, are you looking for people cause I am more than interested, I've been looking for some scenarios/maps set in Africa mid 1900s. If not, can't wait to see it published!

Count me in if you want, I am on EST but am a student so I can likely get a few turns a day in. I don't know many other players though being new to the community, so I wouldn't be able to provide the other players unfortunately.
