I am playing through Uncle Mark tutorials using build 1307.9 and hopefully you can help me.
I noticed that only the latest mission entered shows up on the map in color. Is there a way to show up all of the missions locations in color?

Yes, select map settings and it's towards the bottom. It'll say mission area and have a side menu where you can select all mission areas.
