So that i can't adjust the flight path.

I was able to duplicate this. It appears that because the hex is unplayable, you can't adjust a waypoint in that hex. This could be tough to fix, and may require us to not place waypoints on unplayable hexes. I'll get it on our bug list. Thanks for the report.
