Hello Vic,

Low Mountain Forests still have no def buff against air attacks....I think one of the various patchs said it does but when you look at the hex details still has zero defence buff....

What version did you start the game with? It a setup-fix.
Maybe I forgot to attach the new masterfile, if so, will do so in the first patch after Oceania release.
