[1.20f]Assets revealed by Recon Flights Vanish

Recon Flights Recon effects are a bit too temporary.
Particularly, the information that any Assets - like Villages - got spotted isn't persisted. When this seems like the kind of thing that doesn't easily change and thus should stay on the map.
In the attached savegame, the Village Sauzet (37/25) is currently only identified due to a Recon flight. Once my turn starts, everyone has forgotten it existed.
