[1.20n] Radiation Leak +FP strat doesn't seem to target a zone

Per the card, a random zone gets +4d10 Danger. When you play the card, no zone is listed, and more importantly, none of your zones have their Danger increase.

Good catch. A stupid typo snook into part of its script. Will be fixed next open beta. It is now a gain free FP card for the moment basically. Could be worse as a bug.
