This has only been semi-reproducible (maybe 4 of 15-20 reloads), and has limited info, but hopefully it's enough to determine what's going on.

During AI turn processing, a window labeled "WindowApplication1" popped up, with the text "Bug 924521" and an OK button. It was during or just after the "Marauders" portion of turn processing. Once I clicked OK, the turn processing finished. When I loaded up the turn, everything seemed normal, except I had a blank demand decision from an unnamed faction. I'll send the autosave from the turn before as well as a save with the blank decision.

...ran through again to get a clean turn to keep playing, and ofc it happened again. This time the window popped up during what looked like sea critters moving and stayed up even as the turn continued processing. It then paused at the end of the processing until I clicked through, and then went to the new turn screen 2-3 seconds after I clicked OK.

Thanks. Caught it. It was happening because of specific circumstance and you having amazing relations with almost all Factions. Will be fixed upcoming open beta subversion O
