[1.20o] 'Sea Marshals' MTH Displaying as pro-piracy

Both my relationship with this MTH and their description are at odds with the improbably-high pro-piracy rating they are displaying.
Think i found the glitch causing this. apologies. will be fixed in subversion 120r!
