For the first time ever (for me) I've just taken all of Iraq and the middle east (not yet Kuwait or Iran). Last turn I saw my oil jump from 80 to 85, which seemed right as I had just taken the northern most oil field. But then this latest turn it dropped back to 40. Any idea what might cause that?

So to get oil out of Iraq you need MM...which Germany has few is any available as they are used to pull the ore from Sweden

You will need to check each possible convoy route and click on them to see how many MM are being used and where.
