[1.20o] Major regimes ability to buy shares and contracts seems to be too high

In my recent game I'm facing an issue where I cannot pay transport contract because price is very high. From game mechanics perspective everything is working as intended. Relations with the MTH could be better, their tonnage available is 1500, while they have 5952 total contracted. Understandably, all of this influence price inflation.

However, ability of other regimes to buy shares and transport contracts at such rates so early is questionable. It looks like they're swimming in cash. How it is possible?

On top of that there is (hopefully more like "was") the effect of the Major AI buying the Contract when prices where still low, but buying a contract for a LOT of Logistical Points. Pushing the next price point really high. So it does not have A LOT more Credits per se, its just buying at a low price point, but a lot, so the next price point is really high. I am going to make some adjustments to take this into account, first-come-first-serve feels a bit gamey.

Btw if you are a shareholder you can see the price the AI pays for contracts.
