So I am new to the system and while trying to figure it out, I made a PBEM automated game and accepted my own game. Problem is now I cannot seem to surredner, ceasefire, or worse... delete the game file.

Any advice?

My friends and I have been playing the Battlefront series of Combat Mission series games for 20 years. Recently we purchased the Matrix version of Cold War. However we do not use PBEM++ as it means going through the Matrix server. Today their server is down for a number of games including War Plan. You are at the mercy of the Matrix Games server which recently has been down a number of times and this may explain why you can't delete or surrender in your game.
The way we play the CM games and always have, is to mail the move files to our opponent or if they are too large to attach, we us Dropbox. There are a number of advantages using this procedure. Swapping game files directly allows you to have all the game files on your PC so you can load a previous game file and play from that point or you may want to view a previous 1 minute segments.
