Combat & Operational Report Screens - White Text and Background {Solved}

The in-game Combat screen is fine (while the turn is running) but clicking on the Op and Combat Report Menu bottoms up top produce White text on White background so unreadable. Any idea? I see there is something there but White on White...
Fresh install with standard Patch plus 11.27 Beta. Nothing else. Shortcut switch below.
