Seeking ELO opponent with average/intermediate skills

I have completed my first ELO mirror match and consider myself an average player. I can on average play 1-2 turns per day depending on time zone (East Coast US). I have started an axis game and based upon pace of game believe I can handle an allied game. I am looking for opponent with similar skills and playing pace.
