Production Ground Units Screen not showing needed AFV's

As you can see the plane section is showing the number of planes that the plane units need as a minus on the right side.
The AFV section doesn't show any ground units that are missing any AFV's after 4 months. I found 1 panzer div that was short 2 Panzer IIIJ's.
Is this a bug in the system?

To see the missing ground elements you can use the Ground Element Map functionality on the same screen. This groups ground elements by type, which is useful as there are multiple medium tank models that your division can use as an alternative to the Panzer IIIJ. You can also see the totals for units set to refit, which is informative as most replacements will usually flow to refitting units.

On the ground elements screen I wish they’d insert a column to show current production too so you don’t need to keep flipping between the screen. A grand total of all the rows would be good too (to see how much manpower is needed for 100% for for example)
