I play against the AI to practice with the Axis. I forced India to surrender, then Communist China, and finally Chiang Kai-shek's China. And there, the game no longer gives me any supplies for my Japanese units in China, as can be seen on this screen image:

Strange. Hexes seem to be... UK!

Yes, could you move one land unit to see if the hex ownership are changing from who (UK?) to Japan?

I just tested. Effectively, the hexes my units enter become controlled by Japan.



Well, all I had to do was reconquer all of China. That wasn't planned... Fortunately, I'm playing against the AI.

Er... Reconquering China is very nice. But the country behaves as if it had just been conquered: the railways are destroyed! So for supply, it's not going to help.



And of course, it's snowing... It will end up looking like the retreat from Russia in 1812 all that...

I think this is fixed for this coming patch.

Convert on Surrender is turned off for China.

Italy has it turned on for WPE which means once Italy surrenders all land goes Allied and the Germans have to take it back just like history.

But China it's turn off now so it shouldn't

Thanks Alvaro. Like what is the point of playing against the AI, because I doubt that such a result takes place during a game against a human player.

A.I. just can't compete with a skilled human. It's impossible without a lot of ...... bonuses.

the last patch didn't fix this issue

Is this a game started before the patch or after? The scenario holds the toggle for china hex control not the game.

Not fixed in my latest PBEM game. I use Steam v1.00.10 version. But I dont remember when the game started. I think it was BEFORE the latest patch, but I'm not sure.
